Packing #2 The Saga Continues

It has always puzzled me that I never really realize the full impact of the things I am doing. For example yesterday was my last day at Target. There were no tears or saddness like I thought there would. but friday when everyone at my moms work was telling me good bye, good luck, I'll miss you, you'll do great, i was almost in tears. Maybe because these are people I basically grew up with or maybe because at work there weren't people who I cared about there. I had left them a note telling them I am going to be away. Idk if they'll get it or not, but I do hope they do.

So it's 2 more days till I head down to Orlando and pick up Lori and attend the Meet N Greet. I have everything pretty much packed... well there are a few last minute things that mom and I are going out to get Today I hope. I think I need socks and a few other items... idk really. I still need to figure out how to pack the car! My friend Adam came over the other day and to help me cuz the man has OCD and I need someone like that around when I pack. He's like "You're going to put all this, into that little car?" Well yeah duh! I have to, plus moms car is that AND my car isn't little, it's a huge Taurus! I can fit a lotta stuff in there!

My room is looking so empty. I can't pack my saints yet, those are really like for me to pack tomorrow night. I always pack my saints last. They protect me... if u believe in religion. lol but it's all good. Alright everyone I am heading off to clean the car with mother today and then church for my last day at youth group and then a ghost tour with my best friends Brandon, Candice, and Morgan! Ta Ta for now!

Packing...

Hello all... its the amazing ruthie again! So let me explain something... I have literally a week before mom and I head down to orlando to pick up Lori and go to the meet n greet and then the next day is check in... THIS IS NUTS! I have never been so stressed for time. PLUS i need to make sure everything is ok for work. Since it has been raining like cats and dogs mom doesn't want me to go to work... ugh. I actually need to go to work. This is my last week there. I need to prepare myself for not working there for a while. It's really sad. I helped build the store and it's got so many memories for me. A whole year, feels like I am breaking up with a bf to go out with the all star. But to be honest, it's actually like a date, cuz i am coming back to Target. lol Hopefully it will take me back lol.

But back to packing... i didn't know i had so much clothes! and so much stuff in general. I am not taking it all to Disney, but i do have a lot to pack, cuz since i live here i don't have much to buy when i m down there. The girls will like i am bringing a vac and a iron. Lori and I will have my huge TV in my room with a dvd player i need to find... lol I am still debating about bringing my twilight poster... idk... i might be buying a New Moon one while i am down there, so i am not gunna worry. I do need to get a laundry hamper and toiletries. and i think a few items of clothing... and that's really it! I'll be done... gahhh!!! lol

I am so uber excited for Disney Next week! Lori and I paid Matt for our meet n greet!

On may 2nd I went to Cassadaga and had an AMAZING time
On may 6th i turned 21
On may 10th my niece made her first holy communion
on may 11th i got my leave of absence from Target
on may 15th it was my bff morgans bday/relay for life/nieces communion/
confirmation party
on may 17th my niece made her confirmation

so yeah i have been sooooo busy. and let's not talk about the packing! i need
to get afew plastic boxes for my things. Mom is having a cow that i
am still leaving. but hey i still get to have my insurance! from both her and target! 

i don't know what it is, but kelly clarksons songs have been making me feel really good
lately! gaasp! idk what it is! lol ok ok i gotta sleep... ugh sleep! haha talk with everyone

Lucky

I know what it is but I am so blessed and lucky to do the DCP. I am meeting so many people already. A suggestion for Anyone interested in DCP, have a facebook! We are all so connected. I have met some people that are almost like family and we haven't even met in life! HAHAHA

This is my Liz Claborne bedding! It's so perty! I lover it. Like I said before, I am not too much into pink, but this was so pretty and the price was AMAZING!
This is my Tommy Hilfiger Jersey Cotton Sheets! I will make the biggest suggestion: buy Jersey Sheets! THEY ARE SO COMFY! I still have so much to do! I have wall decore, but I will take pics of those for u guys soon!

Roomies and Items

So I finally found a really great roomie. Her name is Lori, you'll prolly see pics of us when I pick her up from the airport. We are heading down together to spend the night before and then go out to the meet and greet with our flambouant friend Matt. I have met so many great people through facebook for the DCP. One in particular strikes my fancy... and I strike his... but that's another topic for another day... especially when i see him in August ~crosses fingers~ hahaha!

But other than that I have been going to work and looking around for stuff. I finally got my bedding... which, i don't have pics of cuz I am writing this on my mom's computer, which doesn't have the pics of them on it! hehe. But mom and I went shopping before i had to go to work and we stopped at this discount store(I love me some discounts!) named Ross. It has all designer things for a low price. So we found this really great Liz Claborne bed set and Tommy Hilfigure sheets! they are pink... i was hoping for blue, but I can deal with pink. It's like a pink and purple kinda feel... which is what I like.

So me and Lori might go shopping after I get her so we can figure out what to do for our bathroom. I found this great wall art for me to hang. Also I have my snow white as well... hehe But there is so much more I need to do. ugh! So many lists to write! grrrr. lol

So thankfully Juliana got back to me and now I don't have to switch to the Fall! WOOT! YAY ME! ~claps~I know mom is still pissed at me, but to be honest... This is what I wanted. However, now I have my brother analazing me... ugh I hate it when my family gives me interventions... oddly enough they do it when I am eating! I can't enjoy my food! hahaha

But I am just glad i am going when I want to go. So yeah I need to start shopping! i just got $50 back from my rebate so I am using that for some of things! I will post up pictures once I get the things I need!

Communication

I am greatful that mom and i went to therapy yesterday. Our doctor said we were both right and that mom needs to listen to me too. He understood that I have known all the info and can do this with understanding. However, I still got in touch with my recruter just to make my mother happy. Juliana has been away for a few weeks so I should find out if I can switch to Fall. honestly as long as I get to go I'll be happy, but I would rather be in the FA.

So wish me luck with this endeavor... ugh.
